What a typical workday looks like

As a Host(ess) at Auxilium, no two days are the same. You work at various events and locations, ranging from large trade shows to exclusive VIP events. A typical workday starts with a briefing about the event and your responsibilities. You then welcome guests, provide information, and ensure a smooth flow of visitors. Additionally, you may be responsible for distributing badges, guiding guests, or assisting in the event’s organization. Thanks to your warm smile and service-oriented attitude, guests always feel welcome.

We vragen van onze medewerkers enige flexibiliteit tijdens het werken op verschillende locaties, gelukkig kun je een vergoeding ontvangen voor de reiskosten die je maakt. Of je nu met je eigen auto komt of gebruik maakt van openbaar vervoer. De kosten die gedeclareerd mogen worden kunnen verschillen per opdracht, daarom wordt dit per opdracht duidelijk gecommuniceerd.

Sinds de handhaving van de DBA wet vanaf 01-01-2025 werken wij helaas niet meer samen met ZZP’ers. Wel hebben wij goede voorwaarden voor onze medewerkers in loondienst. Wil je hier meer over weten mag je altijd even bellen naar kantoor.

We houden tijdens het inplannen van onze medewerkers rekening met de reismogelijkheden van onze medewerkers en bieden ook de mogelijkheid om gezamenlijk richting een locatie te rijden die anders minder makkelijk te bereiken is. Samen reizen is toch leuker dan alleen?
